Elementary Special Education Resource Teacher
Grades PK-4
Duties:
Under the direction of the school principal and special education director, the special education resource teacher plans and provides for appropriate learning experiences for students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings. The person in this position is responsible for creating a flexible program and learning environment that provides specialized instruction for students with disabilities, such that the students benefit from the general education curriculum to the greatest extent possible when supported with supplemental aides, accommodations, and other needed supports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; valid Texas teacher certificate with required endorsements for subject level assigned.

Teaching and providing effective instruction in Science at the high school level; enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society; maintain an orderly classroom; knowledge of core academic subject assigned; general knowledge of curriculum and instruction; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
