Childhood Cancer Awareness dedicated to Esteban Hernandez

Idalou HS FCCLA sold ribbons and distributed stickers for donations to Esteban Hernandez, Idalou HS student battling cancer.  All proceeds will be given to his family for his medical treatment.

Also on Wednesday, September 21, students and staff were asked to wear yellow, a color symbolizing and bringing attention to Childhood Cancer Awareness Month for September.

We all went to the football field at the end of the school day and took some pictures as a group.  There is also a slide show on the school website showing the individual classes throughout the day.  We want Esteban to know how much he is loved by all at Idalou ISD.
